The role:
The HR Business Partner (Corporate) is an active member of the P&C Team as well as the Corporate Leadership team. The incumbent works closely with P&C and Functions under Corporate to successfully implement P&C strategies as well as supporting in the day-to-day P&C tasks.

A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial/ Organisational Psychology, Business Management.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Leadership/ Project Delivery.
- Good commercial/ business acumen and understanding of how technology enabled process change improves business performance.
- Strong relationship management, collaboration, communication & influencing skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Change Management.

- Good commercial/business acumen and understanding of the HR Cycle.
- An understanding of each of Business Functions and their business processes
- Influencing and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge about Employment Law, IR Act and best HR Practises.
