  • Translate brand and category ambition into integrated, executable activation plans across channels and customers.
  • Define and embed omni‑shopper “Look of Success” standards and activation playbooks to guide Sales execution.

  • Govern marketing and activation investment to deliver ROI, including disciplined DME (TME) management.
  • Lead strategic partner engagement, joint planning and performance delivery with TCCC and Monster.
  • Own sponsorship strategy and execution, ensuring clear rights, benefits and commercial value.
  • Integrate eCommerce, retail media and future‑facing technologies (including AI‑enabled activation) into a single shopper ecosystem.

What Success Looks Like

  • Shopper‑led activation consistently delivering stronger conversion, execution quality and commercial returns.
  • Clear Path‑to‑Purchase and Look of Success standards embedded across environments.
  • Improved activation ROI through disciplined governance and applied learnings.
  • Sales teams enabled with simpler, clearer shopper tools and activation guidance.
  • Emerging technologies and AI increasingly leveraged to optimise activation and shopper engagement.
