Support the Benelux countries Leadership teams in the development, implementing and governance of a Benelux environmental strategy. Protect CCEP’s resources, assets, trademarks and corporate reputation across the Benelux.

As Senior Manager Environmentel QESH Benelux, you provide assertive support to Benelux countries leadership  teams in developing a governance structure for the implementation and prioritisation of the Benelux environmental strategy, plans, projects and objectives. You manage the Environment aspects of all products, activities and processes at own and subcontracting/supplier sites across the Benelux specifically in manufacturing, warehousing, distribution and commercialization and Cold Drink Operations. You represent the Benelux in all discussions with corporate environment and KO.

Your job will involve:
You provide leadership and expertise to create value for CCEP and the Benelux by:

  • Guaranteeing compliance to environmental regulations, KORE standards, ISO 14001, internal standards and stakeholder requirements, 
  • Driving sustainable continuous improvement to achieve the environmental KBI’s (EUR, WUR, carbon footprint, waste recycling)
  • Leading proactive risk management (from assessment to mitigation) for all environmental areas
  • Providing support in incident management and crisis resolution (IMT/IMCR) where the professional judgment on Environment is crucial
  • Raising the awareness of Environment across the system and ensure environment is embedded in the culture of the organization. Develop the Environment capabilities across the Benelux via mentoring and coaching to continuously improve and embed desired knowledge, skills and behaviours throughout the organization. 
  • You do this on different levels:

a)    By supporting the bottling sites

b)    But also engineering can count on your expertise

c)    And you’ll assist PACS with al technical advice related to communications about environmental issues

  • You focus on climate protection, water risk migration and support a world without waste

Profile must haves:

  • Great knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Experience in a environment management rol

  • Great communicator: you can organisate constructive relations with different stakeholders CCEP
  • Teamplayer
  • A great helicopterview and long term vision
  • Problemsolving and initiative taker
