Account Manager

Mission:

Responsible for delivering sales targets within a regional or national customer base by strengthening relationships and develop new opportunities among existing customers. Collaborates with Home sales team to achieve quotas while keeping customers’ satisfied and engaged with CCEP products, participating in the improvement of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiates contracts with regional and National customers within the scope defined to meet business targets: volume, value and quota;
  • Provides ongoing account support to customers, including information of promotions, upgraded product lines, and offers. Plus, notifies customers of unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitates suitable interventions;
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
  • Conducting sales research and identifying new sales opportunities;
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Prepare reports on account status.

Experience Preferred:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in FMCG companies;
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar;
  • Solid experience with MS Office: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Intermediate level English & Spanish;
  • Proactive attitude with a strong Growth Mind Set;
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build relationships;
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
  • Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude;
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management;
  • Be open to new ideas and perspectives to work effectively cross-departments
