The role:
The purpose of the Asset Protection Manager is to provide expert advice on and manage the operations of asset protection, security risk and related safety matters to deliver efficient, effective and compliant security and related services which protect the CCEP Sales and Supply Chain business across its facilities. The Asset Protection Manager will also manage and support the operational arm of its Asset Protection & Security operations and personnel throughout.
In this high-visibility role reporting to the Head of Security and Investigations (HOSI), the role will work closely with key business stakeholders (both internally and externally) across a number of areas to promote and implement best practice security, fraud and risk controls and lead the security team across the operations in line with Group Security & Fraud Standards, Policy and Procedures.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management, Public Policy.
- Relevant Training in Law Enforcement, Military, Legal would be an advantage.
- Experience in Public and/or Private Security.
- Understanding of the Asset Protection profession.
- Investigative and reporting knowledge and skills.
- Security and Asset Protection processes and requirements.
- People Management skills
- CCTV, EACS and GPS Tracking.
- High Level Report Writing.
- High Ethical Standards.
