The Opportunity

An exciting 12-month secondment/fixed-term contract opportunity has become available for a Revenue & Warranty Manager within our Equipment Services business.

Reporting to the Planning, Customer & Revenue Manager, you'll lead a team of three and play a key role in driving revenue accuracy, financial governance and operational excellence. Working closely with Finance and Operations, you'll help optimise billing performance, minimise revenue leakage and deliver strong commercial outcomes.

Based in Northmead, NSW, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, along with the opportunity to broaden your leadership experience and make a meaningful impact within one of the world's most recognised brands.

About the Role

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across revenue services, systems support and warranty management.
  • Oversee all billing activities, ensuring invoicing is accurate, timely and aligned with customer agreements and commercial commitments.
  • Manage key national customer billing programs and revenue reporting requirements.
  • Ensure revenue recognition activities comply with accounting standards and internal governance frameworks.
  • Partner with Finance to maintain strong financial controls, audit readiness and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive the identification and elimination of revenue leakage through analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee warranty claims management, supplier recoveries and associated performance reporting.
  • Ensure operational activities are accurately captured and translated into billing and revenue outcomes.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex billing, revenue and warranty matters.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and major customers to deliver exceptional service and business outcomes.
  • Deliver reporting and insights that support decision-making and improve business performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong finance and accounting acumen, including revenue recognition, reconciliations and reporting.
  • Experience in revenue management, billing, financial operations or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong SAP or CRM experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience within EQS, service-based operational environments, warranty processes or managing large national customer programs will be highly regarded.
