The Role
Salisbury DC are recruiting – Warehouse Team Members! Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be a key player amongst the site’s Warehouse Team. In your role you will contribute to the team’s successes by delivering results across key measures in Safety, operational efficiency and productivity and team culture. Using your previous experience within a Logistics environment, your daily duties will be varied across departments. You will be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Cooperate with CCEP in regard to all WHS/FS/Q/E matters
- Take exceptional care for the health and safety of yourself and others at work
- Supporting Picking requirements – Manual Handling / Pallet stacking
- Supporting Forklift requirements within the Warehouse / Dock Teams
- Supporting Inventory requirements – inclusive of stock rotation / write off / cycle counts / Rework
About You
We are looking for skills and experience which include:
Possess a strong safety focus
- Hold a valid High Risk Licence
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Strong work ethic and capability to execute operational tasks
- Have previous Warehousing / Logistics experience (1-2 years)
