Paralegal
Postuler
We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). We have 39,000 people serving 4 million customers in 31 markets. We combine the strength and scale of a large, multi-national business with an expert, local knowledge of the customers we serve and communities we support. We invest, employ, manufacture, and distribute locally.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Australian BU Legal team based in North Sydney. Reporting to the General Counsel, Australia & Pacific, you’ll join a collaborative team providing practical, commercially focused legal support across CCEP Australia.
This is an opportunity to build broad in-house legal experience while working alongside experienced lawyers and the Legal Operations Manager across legal matters, legal operations, technology, AI and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical paralegal support across legal searches, routine document reviews, subpoenas, notices and central Legal requests.
Assist with first-pass reviews of populated contract templates, checking details, completeness and execution requirements before escalation.
Monitor Legal inboxes, triage incoming requests and coordinate responses to help matters move efficiently.
Maintain accurate legal information across contract, trade mark, bank guarantee, litigation, matter and other key registers.
Support legal reporting, including monthly matter and litigation reporting, process tracking and preparation of updates for key forums.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and improve access to legal support across the business.
Support the responsible use of AI tools, including Copilot, to improve drafting, summarisation, knowledge capture and team productivity.
Identify opportunities for automation, self-service guidance and workflow improvements across routine legal and business processes.
Support the team’s use of legal and business systems including Xakia, NetDocuments, DocuSign, Ariba, ServiceNow, SharePoint and OneNote.
Coordinate external law firm and legal provider matters, including matter opening, fee arrangements, invoices, contact management and onboarding.
Support the Legal team’s CPD program, including coordination with external providers and tracking attendance.
Help maintain Legal intranet and self-service resources and support team onboarding, meetings, events and other team priorities.
About You
You’re curious, digitally confident and interested in how legal teams can use technology, AI and smarter ways of working to deliver better outcomes. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to work collaboratively across a range of stakeholders.
In addition, you will have:
Experience in a similar paralegal, legal support or professional services environment, or experience working closely with Legal teams and senior stakeholders.
An interest in legal operations, AI-enabled ways of working, workflow improvement, reporting, knowledge management or legal technology.
Confidence learning new systems and helping others adopt new tools and ways of working.
A practical mindset, with the ability to improve processes rather than simply follow them.
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, tactfully and professionally.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Demonstrated discretion, professionalism and sound judgement when handling confidential, commercially sensitive or privileged information.
A positive, reliable and flexible approach, with a focus on practical solutions and supporting the wider team.
Current or completed studies in Law, Business, Legal Operations, Information Systems, Technology, Data, Project Management or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
