Manager, Legal Counsel - Bulgaria

What to Expect:

•    Legal counsel for day-to-day operational matters in Bulgaria, covering both Sofia and Varna offices.
•    Legal advisor on full range of business activities affecting CCEP Bulgaria, including contracts, commercial, corporate, governance, employment, regulatory, property, data protection, technology and insurance.
•    Partnering with local business leads.
•    Support to company projects and development of local policies. 
•    Providing support on additional matters as required.

Skills and Essentials:

Experience

•    Minimum 5 years qualified experience in Bulgarian legal matters, preferably as in-house in multi-national companies and/or at reputable law firms.
•    Wider legal understanding in respect of contracts, commercial, corporate, governance, employment, regulatory, property, data protection, technology and insurance.
•    Fluency in written and spoken Bulgarian and English.

Travel

•    Based in CCEP Head Office in Sofia.  
•    Ability to work from home, travel domestically (including to/from CCEP office in Varna) and occasionally overseas.
