Job Purpose
Responsible for executing tasks within the Customer Investment (P4P Trade Terms & Promotions) Support Services Team, with a strong focus on assisting Key Account Managers in managing customer investments and overseeing the performance of customer investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to Key Accounts in preparing customer investments in accordance with CCEP DE guidelines.
• Manage routine and ad hoc queries, along with direct customer support activities for Key Accounts.
• Perform updates, maintenance, and error correction for customer investments within CIM Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM).
• Participate in internal Key Account meetings and assist in preparing for customer-facing meetings.
• Contribute to various projects as required.
• Assist with posting and settlement processes.
• Monitor customer investment performance, including evaluating individual promotions using CIM Salesforce TPM and Data & Insight tools.
• Ensure compliance of customer investments with contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to support invoicing for accounts.
• Integrate and analyze large, complex data sets to meet business and customer requirements
Key Stakeholders
Internal: Key Account Management of the respective Business Unit, central and local Commercial Operations units, Commercial Finance, Shared Service Center, R&MGM, CDSP, Data & Insights, In-country & BPT units
External: Customers, Service Providers
Experience required
Experience in supporting commercial or Key Account Management activities, particularly within the Coke system, would be advantageous. Proficiency in managing large data sets and resolving complex system issues is also highly desirable.
Education & Qualifications required
• Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
