About the Role…

We have a fabulous opportunity to lead a collaborative, friendly and successful team in this 10 month contract as Procurement Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for providing effective financial and commercial support for commodity categories to the procurement team. This will include outlook reporting, ownership of the standards for commodities and validation of procurement savings. Analysis will be provided to both the API business units (to assist with Outlook process) and to the above market team in Europe to assist management and board reporting requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Finance Business Partner for Procurement; managing commodities and their related foreign exchange exposure across CCEP API Countries
  • Build effective relationships with all API Procurement and Finance stakeholders.
  • Willingness to engage in process improvement projects, including working with European counterparts to bring increased alignment between API and European Procurement Finance ways of working.
  • Support and challenge Direct Procurement on financial impacts, supplier negotiations, projects, new supplier introduction, changes in price mechanism, hedge impacts.
  • Modelling of financials to support supplier negotiations, including understanding of the drivers and the impact on the business of contract changes.
  • Provide financial support to the procurement team for tender processes and validate the financial impact of Procurement actions – ensuring accuracy and transparency of savings claimed for business units.
  • Owning the Long-Range Plan, Annual Business Plan and Outlook for the above categories in close collaboration with the Procurement team.
  • Calculation of the secondary commodity standards for the Annual Business Plan across API.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Ability to communicate clearly/effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with an ability to sense check inputs and analysis from stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Procurement function or finance experience within an FMCG environment.
  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting required.
  • Post graduate degree (CA/CFA/CPA) preferred.
  • Excel, modelling and data analysis skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity for working in a cross-country, cross-cultural environment
