The Role

Location: Arndell Park

Shift Patterns: 8am to 4pm (but has to be flexible for 6am shift or 10am shift)

Our business couldn't operate without our customer driven, quick-thinking and energetic Distribution Centre Team Members! It’s a fast-moving, hands-on, physical role - so you’ll need to be physically fit and raring to go.

You will be an integral part of our Logistics’ team, who form a core function of our Business, responsible for transportation, warehousing, and inventory management of CCEP iconic range of beverages.

Based in our facility in Arndell Park, you’ll never be bored - the work is fun and you will get plenty of exercise as you work together as a team to pick our iconic beverage brands accurately, safely and efficiently OR even contribute to servicing our grocery customers by picking pallets and loading trucks via Forklift.

You will be given full training when you start on all the equipment and technology you will be using to carry out your role. You will also be required to demonstrate safe work behaviours, lead by example and encourage others to do the same.

Key Responsibilities in the role include:

  • Picking.
  • Loading and unloading duties
  • Clearly communicate a comprehensive view of daily goals to all team members.
  • Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to address any interruptions or risks that may impact meeting stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication throughout your shift.
  • Ensure tasks are carried out in a sequential and timely manner.
  • Actively participate in safety initiatives.
  • Conduct behavioural safety observations.

Within Australia – the Logistics function along with the Planning, Manufacturing, Health and Safety, EQS, Central Services and Network Program Delivery teams, form an important part of the CCEP Australia Supply Chain.

Through partnership agreements with external suppliers, CCEP Logistics team provides an agile platform to enable activation and service of CCEP core focus creating value for customers and consumers.

About you:

· Hold a valid a Forklift Licence and have extensive forklift experience

· Have clear, concise communication and numerical skills

· Be physically capable of completing manual handling tasks

· Reliable, flexible and possess eye for detail

· Previous Warehousing / Logistics experience in FMCG or similar industry, or a desire to learn

· Possess a strong safety focus and a knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR)
