Recruitment Consultant
Sækja umWe're Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP). We're the people behind the iconic bottle and renowned brands. We're the makers, movers and sellers of the world's most loved drinks. We're 42,000 people from 120 nationalities, 31 countries and five generations, speaking 60 languages, who make magic happen every day.
With over 1,000 incredible employees nationwide, we know our success comes down to who we bring on board. That’s where you come in.
Due to internal movements, we’re looking for a confident & experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our tight-knit team. This is a permanent role where you’ll partner closely with senior leaders across our Commercial, Supply Chain and Corporate functions - helping them find the right people, for the right roles, at the right time.
It’s a high-impact role where you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, from role brief to offer, and work with a bunch of passionate people who care deeply about what they do.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Partnering with hiring managers across the business to navigate ambiguity and bring challenging or hard-to-fill roles to life.
- Creating tailored sourcing strategies that might include job boards, social media, talent pooling, referrals, and your own networks.
- Screening and shortlisting applicants, running interviews, and supporting leaders to make confident hiring decisions.
- Owning the offer process and keeping candidates in the loop, from first hello to signed contract.
- Using tools like SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Eightfold AI to streamline your work (and we’ll train you if you’re not across them yet!)
- Contributing to broader P&C projects - we’re a collaborative team and always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
You’ll have support from our People Services team for things like pre-employment checks and contracts, so you can stay focused on finding great talent and building great partnerships.
What we’re looking for:
You’re an experienced recruiter who moves fast, builds trust, and delivers with care. You’ve probably worked in-house or in an RPO model, and you’re confident recruiting everything from operational roles to senior leadership. You’re at your best when you’re juggling a few things at once, and you enjoy being visible in the business.
You’ll bring:
- Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment in a large or complex environment.
- Experience hiring for technical and specialist roles across Supply Chain and Commercial functions.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills - you’re just as comfortable influencing senior leaders as you are chatting with candidates.
- Confidence using sourcing tools to proactively find great people.
- We have a strong internal mobility focus so you will be comfortable having talent conversations & understanding succession plans.
- Ideally, some experience with tools like SuccessFactors, HireVue, and Eightfold AI, but experience with any major ATS is welcome.
You’ll be joining a team of four here in NZ, working with our wider P&C team, and connected to our global CCEP community. We have a hybrid working model that sees our team work flexibly two days a week.
What’s in it for you?
We’ve got a pretty great package on offer, including:
- Annual Bonus Plan.
- A monthly product allowance to share with family and friends.
- 8.5% KiwiSaver or superannuation options for permanent employees.
- Employee Share Programme – purchase part of the business and get matched up to $3,000 per year.
- Access to wellbeing benefits including full medical insurance, gym subsidies, proactive health support and EAP.
- Free carparking, fun events like Coca-Cola Christmas in the Park, recognition programmes, giveaways, and product launches.
- A world-class learning and development programme to help you keep growing – both in NZ and across the CCEP world.
