Manager, Data Management Services

Key activities:


1. Manage the CCEP’s accounts database in collaboration with the above market team

  • Identify and implement data quality improvement opportunities and efficient data governance processes on CCEP account data (account creation and maintenance).
  • Define processes for data enrichment (via above market team, central team, external partners, internal data sharing projects and publicly available data).
  • Responsible for leads and prospects management; data sources validation, qualification and integration within outlet lifecycle management.
  • Follow up on different KBIs (e.g. SLA) related to the topics described above.
  • Identify appropriate enablers needed (resources, systems & processes).
  • Collect business requirements from Field Sales and Commercial teams on account data management and ensure that these needs are met.

2. Responsible for the development and implementation of data processes and policies enabling data driven activities for Field Sales and Commercial.

  • Define and implement the outlet segmentation process in collaboration with the above market team and the central team; medal definition, validation, implementation and communication to Field Sales.
  • Set-up and implement in collaboration with the omni-contact team the definition and maintenance in SF of contact frequencies for the entire CCEP outlet universe.
  • Set-up and implement processes to enable targeted omni-contact activities based on sell through data (wholesaler data, retailer and national account ticket data) in collaboration with the Prof Data Management Services, e.g. white spots

3. Responsible for data analytics on wholesaler data and for generating input for Pay for Performance agreements with the wholesalers.

  • Responsible for the efficient collection, processing and reporting of wholesaler data to ensure that the insights required for PFP contracts with wholesalers are available in a timely and accurate manner. 
  • Identify and implement data quality improvement opportunities and efficient data governance processes for wholesaler and national account sell-through data.
  • Translate wholesaler data into actionable insights.

Skills:

  • Passionate about data, IT and statistics: Highly analytical and mathematically competent, attention for detail.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and Alteryx, and eager to learn other applications like Salesforce.com.
  • Communication: ability to deliver high-impact and concise verbal and written communication, power to convince.
  • Ability to plan and work independently, under tight deadlines.
  • Strong process/project management and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong team player: pro-active, ability to connect, positive mind-set, high energy, ‘can-do’ attitude, flexibility and integrity.
  • Language requirements: Good understanding Dutch, French & English
