As a Change Leader, you will manage the implementation of transformation at the operations level, striving for continuous improvement across three lenses of Operational Excellence: Operating System, Management Infrastructure, and Mindset and Behaviour. You will collaborate with other related functions to achieve the three main objectives of transformation—Cost Saving, Capability Development, and Standardized Ways of Working—across people, processes, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the ATP implementation and maturity assessment in all Supply Chain functions.
  • Align digitalization needs from Business Units with the BPT team.
  • Sustain and achieve OE Certifications from CCEP Global.
  • Ensure KPI alignment for all Supply Chain functions to meet business targets and manage performance benchmarks of all operations in each Supply Chain function through scorecards.
  • Manage the identification of improvement opportunities and translate them into improvement initiatives.
  • Manage Project Managers, Change Leaders, and Change Agents at the operational level through the ATP implementation and assessment.
  • Assess and mentor Lean Six Sigma certification candidates from all Supply Chain functions, mainly for Green Belt and Black Belt certifications.
  • Manage the value creation target and achievement from improvement opportunities in alignment with each Supply Chain function.
  • Ensure a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by following QESH policy, plans, procedures, induction, training, and work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or other Engineering disciplines, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university. A Master’s Degree will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of working experience in Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, CDES, SC Planning, and Logistics) with at least 6 years of experience in process improvement or similar roles and a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Excellent knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and improvement methodologies (6 Phases of ATP, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.) both in theory and practice.
  • Operational/technical skills in Supply Chain functions (Manufacturing, Logistics, CDO, SC Planning).
  • In-depth knowledge in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, and Lean Manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to operate data analytics and digitalization tools.
  • Digital skills (SAP, eSIC - Quinsys system, Audit chamber, LSIC, and INFOR)
  • Demonstrated ability to write and speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  • Sharp time management skills.
  • Certified as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Certification as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be an added advantage.
