Wil jij jouw onderzoek uitvoeren op een plek waar je de resultaten direct terug kunt zien op de productievloer? Als stagiair binnen Production krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig aan een actueel vraagstuk te werken en tegelijkertijd onze productieomgeving van dichtbij te leren kennen.

Binnen Coca-Cola Europacific Partners werken we continu aan het verbeteren van onze organisatie, productielijnen en onze mensen. De afdeling Production richt zich op het behalen van de geplande output, het verbeteren van productieprocessen, het terugdringen van verstoringen en het continu verbeteren van onze manier van werken.

Wat deze stage bijzonder maakt? Je komt terecht in een laagdrempelige werkomgeving waar de lijnen kort zijn, collega's makkelijk bij elkaar binnenlopen en jouw ideeën echt worden gewaardeerd. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, maar kunt altijd bij collega's terecht voor vragen of ondersteuning. Tegelijkertijd werk je in een bijzondere productieomgeving met onder andere een aseptische afvullijn, waar vanwege het productieproces extra hoge eisen worden gesteld aan hygiëne. Zo combineer je de informele en persoonlijke sfeer van onze fabriek met de uitdagingen van een professionele en technisch complexe productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Tijdens deze stage staat jouw eigen onderzoek centraal. Samen bepalen we welk vraagstuk het beste aansluit bij jouw opleiding, interesses én de uitdagingen binnen Production. Je verzamelt en analyseert informatie, onderzoekt verbetermogelijkheden en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar een concreet advies. Waar mogelijk krijg je ook de kans om de eerste stappen richting implementatie te zetten. Daarnaast:

• Analyseer je productieprocessen en data om verbeterkansen te signaleren;
• Onderzoek je een actueel vraagstuk rondom bijvoorbeeld output, autonoom onderhoud, change-over tijden of het inwerken van nieuwe medewerkers;
• Kun je onderzoek doen naar processen binnen de siroopkamer, bijvoorbeeld hoe de beschikbare ruimte, verschillende grondstoffen, opslagvoorwaarden en logistieke stromen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen worden ingericht;
• Werk je samen met collega's binnen Production en Maintenance om informatie uit de praktijk mee te nemen in jouw onderzoek;
• Vertaal je jouw onderzoeksresultaten naar concrete aanbevelingen die toepasbaar zijn op de productievloer.

Je onderzoeksvraag ligt dus nog niet volledig vast. We zoeken juist een stagiair die het leuk vindt om zelfstandig een vraagstuk te doorgronden en initiatief te nemen. Samen kijken we welk onderwerp het beste aansluit bij jouw afstudeereisen en de actuele uitdagingen binnen Production.

Jij bent ‘the original taste’ 

Als je enthousiast wordt van processen analyseren, verbeteringen bedenken en onderzoeken hoe het slimmer of efficiënter kan in een dynamische productieomgeving, dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Daarnaast; 

• Volg je een HBO- of WO opleiding en zit je in je laatste jaar. Bij voorkeur in de richting van (Technische) Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of een andere technische richting;
• Ben je beschikbaar vanaf 1 februari 2027 voor circa vijf maanden, voor minimaal 32 uur per week;
• Beheers je de Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal op professioneel level, zowel in woord als geschrift;
• Ben je zelfstandig, proactief en nieuwsgierig en durf je vragen te stellen.

Herken je jezelf niet in alle bovenstaande punten? Laat je daardoor niet tegenhouden om te solliciteren. We weten dat sommige stagiaires pas solliciteren wanneer zij aan vrijwel alle functie-eisen voldoen. Wij kijken vooral naar jouw talent, motivatie en potentieel.

Research or Graduation Internship Production

Would you like to conduct your research in an environment where you can directly see the impact of your work on the production floor? As a Production intern, you will have the freedom to independently work on a current business challenge while getting to know our production environment from the inside.

At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, we continuously work on improving our organization, production lines and our people. The Production department focuses on achieving planned output, improving production processes, reducing disruptions and continuously improving the way we work.

What makes this internship special? You will join an open and approachable working environment with short communication lines, where colleagues are easy to reach and your ideas are genuinely valued. You will have plenty of freedom to work independently, while colleagues are always available if you have questions or need support. At the same time, you will work in a unique production environment that includes an aseptic filling line, where strict hygiene standards are essential to the production process. This gives you the best of both worlds: the informal and personal atmosphere of our factory combined with the challenges of a professional and technically complex production environment.

Your responsibilities

During your internship, your own research will be at the heart of your work. Together, we will determine which topic best matches your studies, interests and the current challenges within Production. You will collect and analyse information, identify opportunities for improvement and translate your findings into practical recommendations. Where possible, you will also have the opportunity to take the first steps towards implementation. In addition, you will:

• Analyse production processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Research a current challenge related to topics such as production output, autonomous maintenance, changeover times or the onboarding of new employees;
• Have the opportunity to conduct research into processes within the syrup room, for example how available space, different raw materials, storage requirements and logistical flows can be organised more efficiently;
• Work together with colleagues from Production and Maintenance to incorporate practical insights into your research;
• Translate your research findings into concrete recommendations that can be applied on the production floor.

Your research question is therefore not completely defined yet. We are looking for an intern who enjoys independently exploring a challenge, taking ownership and showing initiative. Together, we will determine which topic best fits your graduation requirements and the current challenges within Production.

If you are enthusiastic about analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and exploring how things can be done smarter or more efficiently in a dynamic production environment, then we are looking for you! In addition:

• You are enrolled in an HBO or university degree programme, preferably in analysing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and exploring how things can be done smarter or more efficiently in a dynamic production environment;
• You are available from February 1, for approximately five months;
• You are proficient in Dutch and/or English, both verbally and in writing;
• You are independent, proactive and curios and you are not afraid to ask questions.
