Revenue Growth Manager

Working with respective Department (General Trade/ Modern Trade) to deliver sustainable growth for volume, revenue and profitability align with market potential for each channel to optimize Department contribution for CCEP profitability.

Key Accountability:

  • Review recommended price from TCCC for each SKU to ensure alignment with customer segment
  • Manage price setting in respective department align with CCEP guidance to ensure price stability, prevent revenue leakage, and achieve channel profitability
  • Develop promotional and discount guidelines align with channel characteristic to stimulate category value for CCEP & customer
  • Manage alignment display principles & guidelines (PICOS) for respective channel to win the profitable SOVI
  • Monitor and review profitability and revenue performance for each product/pack for respective channel to ensure all program deliver profitability as per plan
  • Manage alignment marketing program with product/pack strategy (include price implementation) in respective channel to ensure strategy implemented
  • Manage Revenue Growth monitoring system and tools for respective channel to ensure all strategy are executed as per plan
  • [Specific for Modern Trade] Working with Account Manager to review and build trading term to optimize CCEP and account profitability
  • [Specific for Modern Trade] Review account trading term to identify any opportunity to maximize revenue growth and/or marketing initiatives implementation
  • Align and socialize to Sales & Marketing team in respective channel regarding product/pack focus to deliver strong revenue & profitability performance
  • Implement change management regarding SKU Rationalization in respective channel to minimize risk and ensure achievement as per target
  • Recommend Volume opportunity/Risk and Pack mix optimization align with market potential in respective channel to achieve desired revenue
  • Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken

Career experience and qualification:

Education Background:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree fromMarketing/ Management / Business/ Accounting

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years experiences in Finance/Marketing from FMCG Company
