What to expect
This is an exciting opportunity to join the AFH Senior Team, where you’ll lead and coach a large team of Field Sales employees to drive growth across the AFH channel and achieve budgeted revenue targets for your designated territories. The successful candidate will become part of a forward-thinking leadership team that is deeply committed to driving cultural change, accelerating performance, and embedding the CCEP ways of working.
Role responsibilities
- Leading the team to deliver the agreed AFH channel revenue targets by successful implementation of agreed plan
- Leading the performance agenda, including talent and leading and driving an open inclusive culture
- Establishing and communicating clear direction and performance objectives for self, direct reports and department
- Management of OPEX and budgets within guidelines
- Focusing on tangible operational planning and delivery
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in support of efficiency and effectiveness
- Seeking out and using customer information and insights to improve the team’s ability to partner effectively with customers
- Proactively seeking diverse perspectives in making decisions and creating work outputs
What we're looking for
Partnering with your AFH Channel colleagues, you will be at the forefront of developing a field sales plan that delivers growth in distribution, space and activation for our CCEP brands. We're looking for someone with strong people management experience - someone who leads with empathy, clarity, and accountability. You should be committed to coaching and developing others, actively building team capability, and creating a culture where people feel empowered to grow, succeed, and do their best work. You will be confident in driving excellence through remote teams and establishing and communicating clear direction to create a positive, inspiring and inclusive working environment.
