Role Overview:

As the Head of Business Process & Technology (BPT), you will lead the function that through our IT processes and technologies to support our strategic objectives. This role demands a skilled people leader with expertise in project management, IT change management, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Salesforce to optimize operations and enable success.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive technology initiatives for all Functions
  • Lead the Business Process & Technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management, and relationship management.
  • Support with Digital transformation of the PNG business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative, technology-driven solutions.
  • Guide and mentor teams, cultivating a culture of innovation and excellence.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in business process transformation and technology integration.
  • Strong knowledge of project management and IT change management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, especially in change initiatives across diverse teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
