The role:

The primary responsibility of the Settlement Officer is to settle invoiced orders after delivery confirming stocks have been delivered.  This in turn confirms a sale has been made and that a debt is collectible.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  • Diploma in Accounting/Business Studies.
  • 2-3 years experience in AR
  • Experienced in Basis & AccPacc systems.
  • Experience in the customer service field.
  • Computer literacy are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on outcomes.
  • Demonstrate high level of intergrity for CCA PNG.
  • Good communication skill both verbal and written.  
  • Build good working relationships.
  • Planning & Organising.
  • Problem Solving.
