Due to an internal promotion, we’re excited to begin our search for a new People & Culture Coordinator to our People Services Team! As we begin to think about 2025, we are about to embark on a huge change journey with our People & Culture technology, we're looking for someone with different set of skills to join our team!

As the People Services (PS) team transforms to support our strategies of growth through people, we are implementing new technologies that will allow us to improve the way we do business within our P&C and Payroll function. The PS team is the centre of excellence, providing solutions and answers to queries relating to HR, Payroll, Systems and Processes. This team will be key to continuing to embed our exciting employee lifecycle strategy supported by technologies including Success Factors and ServiceNow.

About the role:
We’re seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to be a key part of our digital-first approach to People & Culture and People Services. You’ll work alongside People & Culture, Payroll, and Systems specialists to deliver on our employee experience, ensuring every transaction and interaction is seamless and impactful.

The role of P&C Coordinator is at the forefront of our digital people processes! In this role, you will be responsible for providing key transactional support to our core people processes, maintaining data integrity, processing transactions in a timely manner, whilst also delivering exceptional customer service.

What your Day-to-Day will look like:

  • Support P&C Operations: Manage transactions and queries across policies, systems, processes across the employee lifecycle with accuracy and speed.
  • Onboard New Employees: Lead the onboarding process for our Australian team, ensuring an exceptional start for every new hire.
  • ServiceNow Queries: Respond to and resolve first-level queries within SLA, escalating when necessary.
  • Payroll Collaboration: Work closely with payroll for smooth people processes.
  • Data Integrity: The data starts with us so we need to ensure data accuracy through attention to detail, proactive testing and troubleshooting.
  • Promote Self-Service: Empower managers and employees through coaching and self-service support.
  • Support with projects and Processes improvement: Identify and drive enhancements for efficiency and a better employee experience.


A bit about you:
You’re detail-oriented, customer-focused, and bring a positive energy to your work. With an eagerness to learn and strong learning agility you can juggle tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, all while keeping a sense of fun.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Some experience in HR, admin, or a similar role
  • A desire to learn and grow in HR (a qualification in HR is a plus but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the business
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with HR systems (like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office is a plus
