About your new role…
- Develop and role model a culture of performance in a multi-faceted team with high matrixed responsibilities.
- Optimising, leading and embedding Data, Analytics, and Insights central supply chain function;
- Involving strong business partnerships to understand functional requirements and build a long term sustainable insight led function that will be the north star of the Supply Chain leadership teams insights to drive end to end decision making.
- Provide centralised and simplified Supply Chain Reporting to enable greater insights to support efficient and effective business decision making.
- Developing and delivering Insight.
- Operational Excellence & Change;
- Working with our OE functional leaders to develop achievable strategies to achieve site accreditation.
- Identify and align resources requirements to deliver all Operation Excellence projects.
- Engage with all internal and external stakeholders, align resource requirements and other project schedules across your project portfolio.
- Governance & Risk Management, build best practice routines and decision-making forums in service of business success.
- Program management of Cost out initiatives.
- Oversee the Supply Chain event management requirements.
- Engage regularly at a senior leadership team supply chain level to share knowledge and information, collaborate on initiatives, review plans and performance metrics in support the delivery of key projects.
- Act quickly to resolve issues or problems as they arise, maintaining close coordination and regular communication regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requests, updates and expectations are met.
- Operational projects and routines across Supply Chain Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning and Equipment Service.

- Strong and demonstrated experience in being a leader of leaders and engaging large teams.
- Led a Data and Insights function to support end to end Supply chain performance.
- Project Management Governance with a proven track record of successful delivery outcomes
- Experience in leading Change Management Programs across multi functions and projects
- Proven ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator across a business partnering model.
- Demonstrated understanding and operational empathy across one or more of the following disciplines – Manufacturing, Logistics, Planning, Equipment Service.
- Ability to think both strategically and plan through to execution.
- Experience in developing and implementing Project Frameworks within an organisation.
- Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
