Sækja um Sófía, Búlgaría Supply Chain 01/10/2026 113264

We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 markets, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks. We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.

Role purpose
Manage a portfolio of strategic supply chain planning projects from definition through deployment and transition to business as usual. The role converts enterprise planning strategy into clear outcomes, integrated delivery plans and sustainable business adoption across markets. It connects process, data, technology, people and governance to deliver standardised, scalable and value-led planning capabilities.
As the senior business lead, the role owns end-to-end project direction, protects the business case, mobilises cross-functional teams and enables senior stakeholders to make timely decisions. It ensures solutions are fit for purpose, aligned to global design principles and embedded into day-to-day planning operations.

Role scope
•    Project leadership across planning transformation initiatives, which may include demand planning, supply and inventory planning, deployment, detailed scheduling, material requirements planning, S&OP / IBP, reporting and analytics, and associated integrations.
•    Enterprise-wide coordination across central functions, business units / countries, technology teams, implementation partners and centres of excellence.
•    Accountability across the full project life cycle: mobilisation, discovery, design, build, testing, training, cutover, go-live, hypercare, benefits realisation and handover to BAU.
•    Leadership of multidisciplinary matrix teams, workstream leads, subject-matter experts, country leads and external partners. Formal people-management accountabilities apply where assigned.

Key responsibilities
•    Take co-ownership with BPT and SI of integrated project plans spanning business process, solution, data, change, testing, cutover and operational readiness.
•    Manage scope, schedule, resources, budget assumptions, risks, issues and dependencies, taking early corrective action when delivery or value is at risk.
•    Represent the business in the design and deployment of end-to-end planning capabilities, ensuring solutions respond to business needs and remain aligned to enterprise standards.
•    Govern the global design and assess market-specific requirements, challenging unnecessary localisation and enabling standardisation wherever it creates sustainable value.
•    Ensure business requirements, design principles, controls and acceptance criteria are clear, traceable and approved by accountable stakeholders.
•    Partner with technology and delivery teams to resolve process / system boundary issues and protect end-to-end outcomes rather than optimise individual workstreams.
•    Lead business mobilisation and readiness for each deployment wave, including resource onboarding, role clarity, local leadership alignment and readiness checkpoints.
•    Coordinate business participation in testing, training, data validation, cutover, go-live and hypercare, ensuring owners and exit criteria are agreed.
•    Drive adoption of standard processes, roles, governance and ways of working through targeted stakeholder engagement, change leadership and capability building.
•    Ensure a controlled transition into BAU, with clear ownership, support arrangements, documentation, performance measures and continuous-improvement backlog.
•    Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, functional leaders, market leadership and project teams across a complex matrix organisation.
•    Protect the business case, linking delivery choices to measurable operational, service, cost, working-capital, capability and risk outcomes.
•    Capture learning across deployments and use it to simplify methods, accelerate future waves and strengthen planning capability.
