Whether it's grabbing a drink at a service station, ordering a meal through a QSR, enjoying a night out at a licensed venue, or attending a major sporting event, we're looking for a shopper marketing leader who understands how to turn those moments into growth.
We're seeking a Shopper Marketing Manager - Away From Home to lead shopper strategy and activation across one of our most dynamic and diverse channels, spanning Petrol & Convenience, Local Trade, Licensed, Quick Service Restaurants, Entertainment Venues and Stadiums.
Reporting to the Head of Shopper Marketing, you'll be the shopper marketing lead for the Away From Home channel, responsible for developing insight-led strategies that drive conversion, increase beverage occasions and unlock growth opportunities across multiple routes-to-market.
You'll combine shopper understanding, commercial thinking and activation excellence to create compelling programs that influence purchase behaviour and deliver measurable results for both CCEP and our customers.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our head office in North Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Develop shopper and occasion-led strategies that drive beverage growth across Convenience, Licensed, QSR, Local Trade and Entertainment channels.
- Turn shopper, consumer and customer insights into impactful activation programs that increase conversion, transactions and category value.
- Partner with Sales, Category, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing and Insights teams to embed shopper thinking into commercial plans and customer strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of channel-specific activations across physical and digital touchpoints.
- Identify emerging shopper trends, consumption occasions and innovation opportunities to unlock future growth.
- Measure performance, optimise investment and continuously improve activation effectiveness through data-driven insights.

About you
You're naturally curious about what drives consumer choice and passionate about turning insights into commercial results.
You understand the unique dynamics of Away From Home environments and know how to influence behaviour at the moment of purchase. Just as importantly, you're able to bring people on the journey, partnering with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful outcomes.
You'll likely bring:
- Significant experience in Shopper Marketing, Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing or Commercial Activation
- FMCG, beverage, retail, foodservice or hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of Convenience, Licensed, QSR or broader Away From Home channels
- A track record of delivering shopper programs that drive measurable growth
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of category and channel dynamics
- Experience translating shopper insights into practical activation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A passion for understanding shopper behaviour and emerging trends
