Job Purpose
We are now looking for a Commercial Reporting Analyst to join our Data Insights Services Team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely operational and performance reporting, and analysis to stakeholders within the Central teams and Business Units. The role offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports.
The Data Insights Services Teams' activities are aimed at supporting the decision-making process of the commercial and supply chain business units, to accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement. Curiosity about data and BI tools is essential, as well as strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute standard reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx) and MS Excel based on requests from the stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis in response to requests from end-users.
- Support projects, applications changes, upgrades and implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Support the reporting processes for the respective BU/Function regarding month-end closing, forecast, budget, weekly and daily reporting (where applicable).
- Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification within his / her area of expertise.
- Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of Data Lakes/Reporting systems as a basis for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
- Work in Agile environment which is characterized by flexibility, collaboration, iterative progress, and swift response to changes.
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help with resolving any reporting and data issues.
Experience preferred
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic environment like a multinational organization or a Shared Services Centre.
- Understanding of the main processes in a multinational organization (experience in financial or sales and distribution or logistics and production process will be considered an advantage).
- Reporting and analysis experience with focus on data as an asset.
- Good understanding of the performance management KPI reporting process.
Functional technical skills required
- MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.) and PowerPoint - Advanced
- Ability to visualize performance/KPIs in an informative way. Experience with BI tools either of Tableau, MS Power BI, MS Azzure Data Factory/Data bricks/DevOps (will be considered an advantage)
- Understanding of information systems & processes. Experience with either of Salesforce (or another CRM tool) , SAP/SAP BW, MS Dynamics, MS Azzure Cloud data base, Oracle (will be considered an advantage)
- Other – SAP Analysis for office add-in (optional)
- Understanding the Performance reporting environment and needs of relevant stakeholders – Intermediate
Education & Qualifications required
- Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
