Sækja um Yatala, Ástralía Commercial: Field Sales 17/12/2025 106533

  • Location: Yatala, Queensland
  • Role Type: Full Time

Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.

The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family who lived on the Hawkesbury River who were lucky enough to have had a natural spring water source on their property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got"!

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.

In 2022, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.

The Role

As the Logistics Specialist for Neverfail, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe, consistent and accurate completion of daily dispatched schedule for Delivery Drivers (including Contractors and Distributors) across the Neverfail business. To effectively achieve improvement in logistics efficiency across the Neverfail network, you will provide operational direction to Delivery Drivers, whilst also ensuring day to day operational routines are embedded, including pre-loading/overnight loading of vehicles.

You will ensure Neverfail continues our reputation of being a trusted and reliable delivery service to our customers through ongoing compliance to the Neverfail Planned Call principles. Additionally, you will oversee administrative support to the wider logistics team, through the timely resolution of any Logistics related cases, resulting in greater customer satisfaction.

Communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential, along with your ability to effectively build strong working relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. To be successful in this role you will be a collaborative and outcomes-focused member of the team with a real emphasis on understanding the customer, cost and the ability to meet deadlines.

A typical day for you would look like, but not be limited to:

  • Ensure daily logistics and delivery operations are executed safely and in compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility, and contractor management requirements.

  • Coordinate and support Delivery Drivers, Owner Driver Contractors, 3PLs, and distributors to meet service, cost, and efficiency targets.

  • Monitor daily performance against key KPIs including volume, service levels, utilisation, and cost, escalating and resolving issues as required.

  • Use logistics systems and operational data to track deliveries, identify exceptions, and implement corrective actions.

  • Prioritise and adjust delivery plans in response to changing customer demand, operational constraints, or growth opportunities.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (customer service, sales, operations, planning) to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.

  • Support negotiations and commercial discussions with logistics partners to improve value, service performance, and productivity.

  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise routes, reduce costs, improve safety outcomes, and enhance customer experience.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting driver engagement, recognising good performance, and demonstrating a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
