Job Purpose

We are now looking for a manager to join our Customer Service & Supply Chain Reporting, Data and Insights Services (DIS) team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders within the CCEP Customer Service & Supply Chain (CS&SC) teams. This role will be responsible for fostering harmonized processes, cross-functional and cross market collaboration, promoting expertise, and identifying opportunities for increasing value delivery within the Data and Insights domain. He / She will play a crucial role in driving collaboration, aligning strategies with central teams, and ensuring the efficient utilisation of data and insights across the organization.
He/she will provide insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to their stakeholders to support the decision-making process and to ultimately accelerate business performance for CCEP CS&SC Operations.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical & technical skills, as well as curiosity with the ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Ownership of data management, reporting, and analytics: Oversee the end-to-end process of data capture, reporting, and in-depth analysis across all Business Units for Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, and Management Systems. Deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop a deep understanding of how business functions and how data reflects business performance.
• Understand the needs of the stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and requirements.
• Design & validate meaningful business KPIs and dashboards, building pilot/ad-hoc reports, and monitoring/spotting trends in the existing regular reports.
• Develop and maintain standards for operation including planning, execution, monitoring, trouble shooting, removing blockers, recovery and learning from failures and validation of outputs.
• Monitors long-term trends and business drivers and suggests insights.
• Support the team and amend existing reports and build new reports through data transformations using BI tools, MS Excel, or other tools and systems
• People management might be required. This would include leading a team of direct reports and manage capacity & workload; monitors and improves team performance metrics, manages individual performance, sets SMART business and development goals.
• Supports the Sr Manager in guiding the junior team members
Stakeholder management
• Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help on resolving any reporting and data issues.
• Support onboarding process for new joiners.
Continuous improvement:
• Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives including automation and scaling best practices.
• Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification within his / her area of expertise.
• Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of systems as a basis for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.

• Facilitate a collaborative and inclusive culture within the DIS team, promoting cross-functional collaboration, cross-team benchmarking, and knowledge sharing to drive excellence and enhance overall performance.

Data Governance:
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data within the organization. Collaborate with data governance & data support teams to establish and maintain data quality standards and processes.
Requirements
• 4-5 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic multinational environment like a Shared Services Centre
• Understanding of the main processes in a multination organization (experience in financial or sales and distribution or logistics and production process will be considered an advantage).
• Reporting and analysis experience with focus on managing data as an asset.
• Good understanding of the performance management reporting process.
• Strong understanding of ERP information systems and principles (experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc. would be considered an advantage)
• Reporting and data experience - designing or developing BI and other analytical/reporting solutions using standard BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik View, Micro Strategy etc. would be considered an advantage
Education & Qualifications required
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance or Information Systems
Functional technical skills required
• Ability to visualize performance/KPIs in an informative way. Experience with BI tools either of Tableau, MS Power BI, MS Azzure Data Factory/Data bricks/DevOps (will be considered an advantage)
• MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.) and PowerPoint - Advanced
• ERP experience (preferably SAP) – Basic / Intermediate
• Understanding of information systems & processes. Experience with either of Salesforce (or another CRM tool) , SAP/SAP BW, MS Dynamics, MS Azzure Cloud data base, Oracle (will be considered an advantage)
• Previous experience in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety field (will be considered an advantage).
• Understanding the Customer Service & Supply Chain and FMCG specifics – Intermediate.
• Understanding the Performance reporting environment and needs of relevant stakeholders – Intermediate.
• Understanding of financial systems & processes – Intermediate.
