Director, Talent Management

What do you become part of:

As Director of Talent Management, you will lead the development and implementation of CCEP’s enterprise-wide Talent Management strategy. Your work will ensure sustainable growth by designing and deploying tools and processes that cultivate talent, strengthen leadership pipelines, and support key organizational priorities. You will oversee critical initiatives such as Succession Planning, Career Hub enhancements, and talent interventions for senior leaders and emerging talent while fostering a culture of development and mobility across the organization.

What you will do:

The Director of Talent Management will play a critical role in aligning CCEP’s talent management strategy with its short- and long-term business goals by partnering with Senior Leaders and the PCLT to ensure we are consistently preparing and developing our talent in the BUs, functions etc.

The role includes driving the execution of the Long-Range Talent Plan, ensuring robust processes for Succession Planning, Talent Reviews, and leadership talent development, prioritising developing talent across critical groups- Early Careers, Emerging Leaders, Senior Leadership, fostering a culture of growth through programmes and structured pathways.

A key focus will be on optimizing the Career Hub as CCEP’s digital talent marketplace, defining the future roadmap and integrating new functionalities like mentoring modules, manager-access views, and enhanced skills frameworks, to strengthen data-driven talent management and deepen its organizational impact.

Additionally, the role involves expanding succession planning strategies to mid-career levels, ensuring the intentional acceleration of emerging leaders and a robust talent pipeline, particularly in Emerging Markets. The role will also focus on promoting internal mobility initiatives to broaden development experiences through intentional cross-functional and in some cases international moves, enhancing innovation and decision-making capabilities alongside with leadership readiness. Supporting the development of key talent with targeted interventions such as executive coaching and tailored development opportunities is also a central responsibility for the role.

The Director will lead a lean but high-performing team of talent professionals and collaborate closely with Digital P&C Operations, Learning teams, Inclusion & Diversity, and Leadership Development CoE to drive innovation in the talent strategy though the OLTI Community of Practice.

As a Talent leader, the role will represent CCEP in external forums and cross system, staying ahead of talent management trends to continuously enhance CCEP’s approach to building and sustaining a world-class leadership bench.

Skills & Essentials

  • Proven experience in People & Culture leadership within a global, matrixed organization.
  • Expertise in Talent Management, including Succession Planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Strong ability to align technology with talent strategy, leveraging platforms like the Career Hub to enhance user experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams and influencing across all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with experience in measuring the impact of talent initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Advanced facilitation and coaching skills, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects and vendor relationships to ensure optimal delivery and impact.
  • Fluent in english
