In the role of Manager Commercial Finance BELUX you will report to the Associate Director, Commercial Finance, who reports into the Finance Director BELUX. By working in close collaboration with key stakeholders within Commercial Development, Commercial Strategy, the Coca-Cola Company and other franchisors, you will significantly contribute to our Finance Function Vision to “Be a valued business partner guiding strategic decisions, delivering superior customer service, and driving long-term profitable growth”. 

Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

  • Take leadership in different aspects of brand financial controlling including franchise P&L, quarterly business review elaboration, profitability analysis and reporting, innovation value-chain development, and follow-up, supervision of monthly close analyses and ensuring a high level of reliability in the financial forecast.
  • Define with Commercial R&MGM a differentiated brand-pack architecture by channel and key customers based on clear consumer / shopper relevance and customer & CCEP profitability
  • Define with Commercial R&MGM a differentiated pricing architecture by channel/brand/pack based on clear consumer/shopper relevance and customer & CCEP profitability
  • Co-drive profitable environment development by proactively driving insights and analysis on the financial effectiveness of POSM and other marketing tools.
  • Support the management of the annual planning cycle: Long Range Plan (LRP), Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Budget Creation financials
  • Become a valued business partner in the strategic and tactical decisions by providing the relevant decision making tools and insight to create value for the company, our franchisors and customer
  • Take an active role in the transformation of the activities embedded within the Commercial and Belux Finance team towards more digital tools & capabilities 
  • Participate in country/Group projects


To be successful in this role you need:

  • Master degree in Accounting, business or finance
  • Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required
  • Proven track record in a similar role in a multinational organization
  • Customer focused mindset and strong Business Partner skills
  • Strong ownership with respect to the performance of the business
  • Experience with SAP, advanced Excel/ PowerPoint skills & knowledge of Power BI / DAX is a strong advantage
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Analytic, pragmatic and proactive, positive, “can do” attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent in English and Dutch or French
