Associate Director, People & Culture Business Partner, Group Commercial 

Job Purpose:


Partner with Commercial function across CCEP, building key stakeholder relationships and providing strategic support, using data insights to proactively influence the people agenda, future proofing the Commercial function, focusing on driving change and transformation and building our Commercial talent and capabilities ahead of opportunities.

What to expect:

•    Build organisation development capability within Commercial, organisation design, change management
•    Develop strategic commercial people initiatives and partner with BUs/ Commercial function to ensure effective deployment and execution of growth and transformational programmes into Commercial
•    Lead future focused organisational design for commercial ensuring effective design right through to delivery, leading on all change management 

•    Drive future facing business solutions and decisions based on data and analytics 
•    Partner with Commercial to provide change management support for transformational programmes and initiatives to ensure maximum value
•    Provide consultative support to business leaders, acting as an overall People & Culture account manager to ensure right quality of services executed and the manager and employee experience are continuously improved.
•    Advise, coach and challenge leaders on driving the right balance between performance and culture, acting as a sounding board and partner to drive valuable and positive people outcomes.
•    Partners with leaders to align business needs with talent and capability priorities, solutions and organisational design to drive optimal performance of CCEP’s business and people strategies
•    Develop and implement future focused talent management and capability strategies for Commercial for internal talent mobility; input in to learning needs analysis; leadership development and drive strategic workforce planning.

Skills and Essentials:

  • Experience of BU Senior/ Lead Commercial Business Partnering 
  • Extensive OD, change, transformation experience
  • With proven track record in managing change programmes and proven track record of organisation design and development
  • Experience of partnering with the business to build capabilities and talent
