Territory Sales Manager - Hamilton

As a Territory Sales Manager in our "Away from Home" team in Hamilton, you'll be the face of CCEP within your territory of customers - being their go-to for all their needs, and consistently providing them with exceptional customer service. Out on the road for the majority of each day, you'll be visiting your customers on a regular call cycle and driving growth within each store. *We have multiple 12 month fixed term contracts commencing in the New Year*


Your Impact

You'll be responsible for increasing sales volume and ranging, ensuring stores are well executed, and working in partnership with your customers to grow their business and ours.  On top of this, you'll constantly identify new opportunities, with a focus on new business acquisition. Your competitive edge and drive to meet targets, teamed with a passion for building strong relationships, will ensure success in this role. Most importantly, you'll think strategically in your selling approach and understand your customers' needs - your forward-thinking approach will drive exceptional results for CCEP and for your customers alike. This is a relief role meaning that you will cover multiple colleague's "patches" if they are on leave or unwell. *Travel may be required on occasions*

It's a busy role, and we'll expect you to fit a lot into your day - so, you'll need to be well planned and efficient in your approach to your work, and be flexible and adaptable to the various demands of the role.

Building strategic relationships are a key part of this role, as you'll be dealing with a wide variety of customers - and will need to be able adapt to their individual needs. You don't need FMCG experience (but it's a big bonus if you do have it!), but you do need proven sales and customer service skills, and experience in a fast-paced environment will be the key to success.

Finally, you'll have the ability to work autonomously, but will also be committed to supporting your wider team, going above and beyond to contribute effectively to team success.
