The Opportunity

We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Centre Team Member to join our team at our Hazelmere Distribution Centre on a Full-Time, permanent basis.

This role offers a morning shift roster (5:00am to 1:00pm), giving you the opportunity to finish early and enjoy more of your afternoon, with weekend work included as part of a rotating roster.

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our iconic beverage brands are accurately picked, packed and dispatched to customers across the region. Working in our high-tech distribution facility, you'll use industry-leading equipment and technology while contributing to a safe, productive and collaborative team environment.

No two days are the same. You'll stay active, work alongside supportive team members, and develop valuable warehousing and logistics skills with one of the world's most recognised brands. About the Role

  • Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate warehouse equipment and technology safely, including forklifts where licensed.
  • Assist with inventory control and stock management activities.
  • Support loading, unloading and pallet movement within the Distribution Centre.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve operational and customer service goals.
  • Champion safe work practices and support our commitment to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance.

About You

  • Hold a current Forklift Licence or are willing to obtain one.
  • Enjoy hands-on, active work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right.
  • Bring warehousing, logistics or FMCG experience, or a willingness to learn.
  • Are reliable, flexible and work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and understand the importance of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) in a distribution environment.
  • Have good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
