ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The L&D Consultant is responsible for enabling technical & functional capability development to ensure that our frontline can make, move, sell and service quality product safely and sustainably.
This includes enabling site-based training, ensuring the workforce can meet the changing needs of a fast paced business and ensuring compliance is maintained. Conduct needs and skills assessments to ensure robust plans are in place, in line with central competency frameworks across CCEP sites.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, CSSC Learning, as L&D Consultant you will have a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and improving the training experience. You will enjoy technical training deliverables, managing the process and governance, and supporting the building of a learning culture across the frontline. You will work closely with your state-based stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As Learning & Development Consultant, you will be accountable for:
- Work with the Senior Manager, CSSC L&D and site leadership teams aligning to the business strategy and build local plans, the site technical training plan and work with stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Collate site training needs, develop and implement site L&D Plans to close development gaps across Technical, QESH, Legal, KORE, CAPEX in line with the Nationally established process and governance for training and assessment.
- Responsible for supporting team leaders and site management in the development of operational performance improvement training plans and activities.
- Enabling and supporting all compliance/KORE training, is completed as required to all site employees, escalate non-conformance and risks to SME's.
- Monitor and report on training compliance and assessments across sites.
- Work on activities/projects as directed, collaborates and share best practices for technical capability.
- Work with sites to review, update skills matrix and establish TNA for equipment and build capability plans.
- Attend site leadership meetings to review and discuss cross skilling opportunities, ways to maximise site capability to drive productivity and performance improvement and training KPIs are measured and reported on, highlighting gaps and recommendations.
- Facilitate training sessions for ‘Train the Trainer’ and ‘Train the Assessor’ for all of Supply Chain as requested.
- Work with P&C partners to review performance/training needs, discuss interventions and support to develop colleagues and increase performance incorporating 70/20/10.
- Support P&C BP with big bets through L&D strategy

- Previous experience in a similar training and development role including LMS administration.
- Experience in designing creating and delivering training and assessment programs.
- Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage with an audience.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task according to business needs.
