About the Role

We are looking for a customer focused, detail orientated Quality Assurance Technician to join our Equipment and Services (EQS) team. This field based role services venues across the Adelaide metro area to ensure beverage quality meets the required global standards under the CCEP bottling license.
Working onsite in customer venues including hotels, restaurants and clubs, you will complete quality testing on beverage dispense equipment and ensure products are delivered at the correct taste, temperature, carbonation and syrup ratio. You will support consistent data capture, uphold safety standards and deliver an outstanding customer experience. 

What You Will Be Doing


• Conducting field based beverage quality tests including taste, temperature, carbonation, syrup to soda ratio, frozen expansion, syrup age and hygiene
• Ensuring beverage equipment is returned to critical settings after each visit
• Recording accurate data through mobile QA applications and following scheduled QA calendars
• Creating positive customer experiences through professional service and communication
• Managing time effectively across scheduled daily visits
• Ensuring safety, hygiene and compliance at all times
• Supporting team goals and maintaining technical skills through ongoing training
• Maintaining equipment and vehicle inventory used for QA testing 

What We’re Looking For


• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes, routines and maintain strong data accuracy
• Comfort working independently in a field based environment
• Experience using digital tools, reporting systems or mobile apps (technical aptitude)
• Strong planning capability and ability to manage a structured schedule
• Customer service mindset with a focus on beverage quality
• Valid driver’s licence (required)
