Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Customer Investment (P4P Trade Terms & Promotions) Support Services Team: Supporting Key Account Managers performing customer investment management related activities, and monitoring customer investment performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Key Accounts in the preparation of customer investments in compliance with CCEP DE guidelines
• Support Key Accounts, by managing regular and ad hoc queries and direct customer support activities
• Perform updates, maintenance and error correction for customer investments in CIM Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
• Participate in internal Key Account meetings and support the preparation of customer facing meetings
• Taking part in projects
• Assist posting and settlement processes
• Monitor customer investment performances, including assessment at individual promotional level using CIM Salesforce Trade Promotion Management (TPM) / Data & Insight tools
• Monitor customer investment compliance to contracts
• Coordinate with Finance team to support invoicing for the account
Key Stakeholders
Internal: Key Account Management of the German Business Unit, central and local Commercial Operations units, Commercial Finance, Shared Service Center, R&MGM, CDSP, Data & Insights
External: Customers, Service Providers
Experience required
Experience in the supporting commercial / Key Account Management activities would be an advantage, and/or the Coke system
Education & Qualifications required
• Completed business management training or experience in a commercial or back office area
