Data and analytics are increasingly important for CCEP, as new insights unlock growth opportunities and value for our business. Our progressive data strategy will drive more value out of the data we generate – or have access to through our brands, customers, and partners – by swiftly transforming insights into action. This will make a difference to our business in areas such as Revenue Growth Management capabilities; delivering in-store execution; operating our supply chain; supporting our people and organisational development; and guiding us toward net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040.

What does the France BeNeLux Data Manager do?

In this role, you'll dive deep into the local data landscape, pinpointing unique characteristics to ensure they mesh well with our global data initiatives. As a champion of our comprehensive data strategy, you'll guide local teams to embrace and implement our unified data approach. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping how local insights contribute to the success of our worldwide, harmonized data projects.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the adoption of global data solutions within the local context while ensuring that local specificities enhance, rather than hinder, data harmonization efforts.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to articulate needs and transform them into data product requirements, more specifically data design elements
  • Champion global standardized data practices and methodologies, educating local teams on their importance and utility ( Unified Data Platform, Shared Services Data Management practices, Global Analytics solutions, Common KPIs..)
  • Evaluate local data sources and systems for alignment opportunities, identifying and advocating for changes that support the global data framework.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in other regions to share best practices, ensuring that local adaptations are consistent with global standards.
  • Translate global data strategies into actionable plans for the local market, ensuring that these plans remain aligned with the overarching vision of harmonized datasets.
  • Lead local teams through the transition of data to global solutions, managing change effectively and ensuring continuity of operations.
  • Support the integration of BPT solutions by following and advocating for established data methodologies.
  • Act as a bridge between Project Profectus and local teams in data-related discussions.
