Job Purpose 

• Leadership of a category procurement team responsible for Ingredients delivering value and category strategies across all API countries to maximise value delivery, including P&L savings, Cash flow and financial benefits and sustainable competitive service delivery. 
• Champion procurement as the Business partner to Indonesia, delivering excellent stakeholder management 
• Drive delivery of the CCEP Sustainability change agenda with category suppliers in line with corporate This Is Forward commitments

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the development of category strategies aligned with the CCEP procurement strategy
• Lead the delivery and implementation of category strategies that maximise value delivery and service reliability to all API countries in CCEP.
• Provide leadership to and support development of the category team and be part of the Regional Procurement Leadership Team 
• Lead and enhance procurement governance and internal compliance across the category Tower, through implementation of consistent process governance including the execution of the seven step sourcing, value reporting and contract management and approval processes.
• Lead and enhance strategic supplier relationships at every level across the category Tower. 
• Be the country champion for Procurement ensuring stakeholder engagement and management with the country leadership team across all procurement categories as interface between local business unit requirements and centralized category management (“one procurement face for CCEP stakeholders”)
• Actively participate in and contribute to the Procurement Leadership Team including the development of CCEP Procurement Strategy and Objectives
• Ensure suppliers are approved and comply with TCCC Supplier Guiding Principles and CCEP CRS requirements including SBTI, Renewable energy and Ecovadis scoring

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent
• Experience in FMCG procurement, developing procurement category strategies across multiple geographies and functions, at minimum leadership across API business unit
• Experience working in a high profile public company in a multi-national environment
• Experience leading international and multi-cultural teams, across time zones with direct and indirect reports
• Advanced English proficiency
