ABOUT YOUR ROLE
This role is based in Kewdale, WA where you will solve user problems based on Incident priorities where on-site physical intervention is required including end user asset management, or other hands-on assistance that is not able to be performed remotely. This may include complex problem diagnosis, upgrading, equipment installation/moves changes, and configuration. Manage end user expectations, service levels and end user asset security compliance. Help implement the CCEP BPT End User Services Strategy through effective technical change management processes and practices across Australia
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Manage End User services queue for any incidents and requests meeting all KPIs as per Service matrix
- Manage End User IT asset lifecycle including registration, monitoring, patching, disposals, repair, installation, and peripheral support
- Monitor and manage security level of all workstations/mobiles, aligning with enterprise processes
- Manage the expectation of users for IT related issues, and provide user with training & education where applicable
- Identify opportunities to reduce the number of support calls or otherwise improve service.
- Manage local supplier relationships, where appropriate and being the smart hand onsite
- Engage with local business stakeholders on sites to understand the requirements and issues, provide feedback to continue improving the quality of BPT solutions
- Ensure awareness of the overall strategic direction of BPT
- Leverage enterprise End User Services processes and practices to ensure consistent, effective, reliable execution of services
- Support deployment, maintenance and improvement of initiatives conducted by End Users Services
- Take responsibility for providing and managing a working environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology is preferable
- 5+ years’ experience in Modern Workplace support in a similar sized organisation
- Strong service-orientation and attention to detail
- Good knowledge & experience in IT Service Management & Operations, including Asset/Problem management
- Should be a reliable person with positive attitude, proactive, open, honest, co-operative, fast learner and works well under pressure
- Good communication and presentation skills (written and oral), effective cross-cultural & collaboration skills and cultural empathy
- Good experience in Configuration, Maintenance and/or Trouble shooting for Windows, iOS, and Android.
- Good experience in Modern Workplace technologies such as Microsoft Office 365 and anti-virus software.
- Good knowledge in Workstations & Mobile Hardware lifecycle
- Some experience in collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange
