The role:

The Warehouse Dispatch Team Leader will oversee and lead a team of warehouse forklift operators and drivers, ensuring that all deliveries are fulfilled and meet the customer's expectations of delivering within the allotted time slot.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Certified Degree holder in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar Leadership/Senior position with an operations environment.
• Experience in BASIS & MISYS systems or logistics software.
• Experience in data entry and logistics.
• Ability to manage inventory.
• Ability to analyse data and provide insights from data.
• Sound work knowledge of Warehousing and Distribution process and procedures
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and must be a strong team player.
• Able to communicate at all levels and be able to present /report to Senior Management.
• Be honest, reliable and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Be willing to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
• Be clean and well presented as a CCA representative in all aspects of this business.
