The role:
To develop a maintenance strategy that supports the objective of the company by ensuring the reliability of the equipment. This is performed by ensuring participation in developing maintenance plans, ensuring that the correct execution of the plans takes place and is performed correct by the technicians. Support, Manage and Supervise maintenance crews. Responsible for ensuring all equipment required for the execution of CCEP’s plant production is available and reliable at the correct time to ensure maximum output as per the design specifications of the equipment.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering graduate (Mechanical or Electrical) or recognised Engineering Qualification
- Experience 10 years’ experience of which 3 years in a senior position and 7 years in a soft drink industry and preferred with TPM experience.
- Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Power point, M/S project, other related software)
- Strong leadership personality, team playing and ability to encourage people achieve tasks.
- Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to set Maintenance strategy, be a change adapter and creative.
- Proven supervisory experience and management potential.
- Excellent English. Good planning skills.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of CCEP PNG’s core business and business process.
- Strong communication skills and an awareness of operating in a multicultural, multinational work environment.

- Capable to use assembly drawings, P&ID’s, and manuals to tune equipment for operation.
