About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager Sales Excellence On Trade to enhance commercial execution, improve sales force productivity, and ensure the successful translation of business strategy into field execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Sales Excellence frameworks, operating models, and execution standards.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Route-to-Market (RTM), Picture of Success, and commercial priorities.
  • Define and monitor commercial KPIs, identifying performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage analytics, insights, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive automation and simplification initiatives to increase sales force productivity.
  • Support the design of sales incentive programs and performance governance routines.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to strengthen commercial capabilities and execution effectiveness.
  • Lead change management initiatives and foster collaboration across sales and cross-functional teams.


What Makes You a Strong Fit:

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, Data & Analytics, Operational Marketing, or similar functions within FMCG environments.
  • Project management and continuous improvement experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to drive results through collaboration and cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
