National Scheduling Manager (Vending) - Moorabbin

The Opportunity

 As our National Scheduling Manager - Vending, you'll play a critical role in ensuring product availability across one of Australia's largest vending networks, supporting a network of more than 9,500 vending machines nationwide.

You'll be responsible for optimising scheduling and replenishment activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our vending fleet is serviced efficiently and safely. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver outstanding customer service and commercial outcomes.

This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, based in Moorabbin, Victoria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Store Inventory Schedulers to deliver efficient and effective replenishment schedules across Australia
  • Ensure vending machine stock availability through the creation and optimisation of servicing and replenishment schedules
  • Maintain accurate master data across Vending Systems Services (VSS)
  • Support the execution of product launches, pricing updates, activations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with State Operations, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Foster engagement, capability development, and high performance within your team
  • Drive compliance with Chain of Responsibility requirements and operational processes
  • Provide operational support, insights, and recommendations to improve scheduling effectiveness and customer outcomes

About You

You are an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people, systems, and processes together to deliver results. You have strong planning and analytical skills, combined with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability.

In addition, you will have:

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams, including remote employees
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes
  • Experience in scheduling, operations, logistics, inventory, supply chain, or a related field
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
