About the Equipment Services Team (EQS)
The EQS Operations team is responsible for the set-up, installation, servicing and ongoing care of CCEP’s beverage equipment across customer sites. We play a critical role in delivering quality products and reliable service, while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Field Service Technician to join our Adelaide-based EQS team. In this hands-on role, you will service, maintain and repair beverage equipment across metro Adelaide, supporting our customers and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, variety and problem-solving, while still being part of a close-knit, supportive team. You’ll be provided with a take-home company car, working Monday to Friday on day shift (8:00am - 4:00pm), with the opportunity to earn additional allowances by covering weekend work once fully trained.
What You Will Be Doing
- Servicing and maintaining beverage and refrigeration equipment at customer sites
- Responding to breakdowns and completing preventative maintenance
- Carrying out installations, repairs and quality assurance checks
- Participating in safety talks, audits and ongoing technical training
- Accurately recording work and time using mobile systems
- Managing vehicle stock, parts and equipment responsibly
- Supporting continuous improvement and team initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Trade qualification desirable but not essential
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
- Confidence working independently in a field-based role
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good time management and organisational capability
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Current driver’s licence
