Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Field Sales Services, taking care of inbound and outbound communication to Field Sales rep. and audits. In addition, the resource will also be in charge of calculating Field Sales incentive, monitoring the achievements against the assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales Communication
• Gather communication inputs and prepare/update communication material, also with the aim of engaging commercial teams on brands, categories, product launches, plans, promotions, targets, best practices around activation, specific initiatives • Perform regular (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) communication to Field Sales community and ad-hoc communications (inbound/outbound)
Compensation and Incentive Management
• Monitor sales incentive target achievements (monthly/quarterly)
• Calculate ad-hoc Incentives (e.g., prizes, peculiar targets)
• Send calculated payout to payroll and prepare communications of achieved bonuses to Sales Rep.
Field Sales Audit
• Gather data and audit requirements from different departments , analysing viability of the audit, drawing the audit process and timeline, preparing audit contents and questions (e.g., descriptions of in-store displays and promotional materials, planogram compliance on shelf location, number of facings present, number of SKUs present, missing/inaccurate shelf tags, pricing, product damage, visited stores)
• Identify deviations, propose corrective actions and support remediation actions and subsequent follow-ups
• Track and consolidate performed Field Sales audits in systems
• Perform customers audit on physical and digital signage
Cold Drink Equipment Overview Analysis:
• Evaluate and monitor Cold Drink Equipment availability on stock, in market incl. cooler verification on a regular base (min. monthly) and share with Field Sales Services counterpart locally and Field Sales community to perform against CDO channel strategy.
