Job Purpose
Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Administration Support Services Team, supporting key stakeholders such as KAM and Commercial Development Customer Executives for Home and AFH Organized Channels.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leader
• Team coordination and tasks to be performed.
• Monitoring of service level KPIs and quality of tasks performed.
• Coordination and communication with the Iberian Business Partner.
Price promos management in PAM (Promotion and Activation Management Tool)
• Price promo creation in PAM from “Channel Promotional Calendar” and adhoc price promotions for specific agreements with customers. Incidence management and modifications if required.
• Master data management (mechanics creation, CRUD (Creation, Read, Update, Delete) of: price, assortment, users and customers master data).
Key Account Management Support
• Calendar agreement load in PAM (Price and Value Added promos agreed with each customers).
• Calendar issue resolution.
• KAM 360 tool maintenance (links, users, etc).
• Trading Terms system support (AFH Org): Pricing trading terms load requested by KAMs
TME (Trade Marketing Expenses) Deliveries
• POS Material deliveries tasks coordination.
• Coordinate and ensure the proper management of POS materials quotas.
Sales Events Management
• Sales Events Coordination
