About your new role…

An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Service Technician. Reporting to the District Service Manager, your role is to respond to and repairs breakdowns of our beverage equipment that is located in our customers sites. This may include Fridges, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and coffee machines.

What you will be doing…

• Providing quality service by ensuring equipment is repaired on the first visit
• Adhering to standard processes and accurate data entry
• Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
• Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers and our consumers safe at all times
• Maintaining a quality product through preventative maintenance and quality assurance activities
• Display ownership over allocated projects when/as required
