Job Purpose
The resource will be responsible for the execution of tasks in the Data Management Services team for the Spanish market, taking care of home master data management (in Commercial Operations remit), performing home related standard and complex reports and managing and monitoring analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
• Create new customer profiles and take care of future updates and data maintenance (medals, routes, warehouse….) including coordination, launch and monitoring of data quality surveys
• Manage additional master data customer hierarchies
• Manage master data alignment between different systems, particularly when not integrated, and conduct data mapping and data visualization
• Perform data validation and data quality routines, participate to recurring meetings with In-Country roles to guarantee data quality and process governance and support master data initiatives
• Update periodically the Nielsen Universe database (potentials, find new POS, close POS…)
Commercial reporting
• Produce standardized reports (e.g., day-to-day reporting, periodical reporting, compliance reporting), manage future updates needed and take care of report distribution and access (e.g., to new joiners)
• Manage complex data sets and produce complex, in-depth reports to create insights and actions, including report customization for individuals, ), also managing future updates needed and take care of report distribution and access (e.g., to new joiners)
• Monitor field sales performance on defined commercial metrics and monitor commercial role routines (Home)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
