Noémie's testimonial
"As a child, whenever someone asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would always say, 'I want to work at Coca-Cola.' I've always been captivated by the brand, its storytelling, and its ability to maintain its unique identity while continuously reinventing itself to remain a market leader. In September 2021, as I was looking for an internship to complete my final year of a master's degree in Human Resources, I found myself checking the Coca-Cola website every day. After a few weeks, fate smiled upon me as a position opened up for an internship in Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. I stayed there from February to May, and it was an incredibly enriching experience: a perfect balance of support and a conducive learning environment, along with organizational trust to manage my own tasks and projects.
What I also loved was that, regardless of your position, experience, or background, you are heard, included, and valued. In fact, at the end of my internship, I told them I never wanted to leave! Now, I work as a People & Culture Coordinator in the HR department, and even after 1 and a half years, I still have stars in my eyes, having fulfilled my childhood dream."

Matteo's testimonial
"My internship at CCEP gave me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real work environment as well as put my skills into practice.
On a professional level, my internship in the digital B2B sector allowed me to acquire valuable experience and understand how large multinational companies interface in the digital world and further develop my previous knowledge in the IT field.
Among the various specific skills, I was able to understand how the digital management of the various customers is structured, the contact methods, the differences between the needs of each client and how to work to make a digital platform for customers (MyCCEP) better day after day.
Obviously, as in any field of work, problem solving skills have always been essential to find the best solution and provide the desired results for each of the various tasks assigned to me.
Among the various assignments, the creation of explanatory PowerPoints and in general the need to deal with an environment in which the languages spoken differ from my own one, has allowed me not only to improve the knowledge English language, but also the local foreign ones. On top of that, I had the possibility to further develop my ability to dialogue with new people and especially for the first time in the professional field, internally and externally.
I had the real possibility to put in practice also my university knowledge of project management following all the steps from the initial idea to the final realizations, coworking with external agencies to provide the final products and collaborating with employees and managers of different company divisions to make it work!
Flexibility, adaptability, creativity, time management and reporting, as well as the specific skills required for the various activities carried out, are just some of the essential skills that I have been able to improve and implement on a daily basis and for this reason I am extremely happy to have carried out such a complete internship in a large company like CCEP which has allowed me not only to be able to create value from my own personal and academically acquired know-how, but also to learn new skills and to confront myself more and more with new realities!
There is always something new to learn, thanks for the opportunity CCEP!"

Ester's testimonial
"Reinventing myself. That's what I did when I joined CCEP.
A few months ago, I made a decision that would change my professional life: I joined the Talent Acquisition team at CCEP for a 6-month internship, with the main mission of taking care of the Young Graduate Program. To be honest, before this experience, I wasn't sure which direction to take for my master's or the career path I wanted to pursue. However, I decided to take on this true challenge and discover myself. Today, I can confidently say that this bold choice has been a real revelation for me.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by an exceptional team of talented individuals, generous in their advice and overflowing with kindness. I quickly realized that at CCEP, every individual is important and contributes to the common goal. But what truly touched me was the trust given to me right from the start. I was encouraged to take on responsibilities and see the tangible impact of my work. This perspective allowed me to find deep meaning in my actions, without which this internship wouldn't have been as enriching to me.
At CCEP, innovation isn't just a buzzword; it's a palpable reality in our daily lives. I witnessed how the company continuously reinvents itself to meet the changing needs of our consumers and our planet. Each day, new initiatives are built and reimagined, and everyone is encouraged to actively contribute to this collective drive. This dynamic fascinated me and allowed me to flourish in an exciting environment.
What impressed me particularly at CCEP is its commitment to guiding the younger generations toward a better understanding of different careers, even without prior experience. I found my path and developed my skills, thanks to the exceptional support and guidance I received. This approach reflects a genuine willingness to nurture the potential of young talents and help them find their way in the professional world.
By joining CCEP, I found an inspiring corporate culture, stimulating learning opportunities, and an amazing team ready to support me throughout my internship and in any situation. If I have one piece of advice to share: Dare to take the leap and embark on an adventure that will change you forever."
