What made you decide that you wanted to pursue an apprenticeship scheme?

I wanted a route that gave me real hands on experience rather than purely classroom learning. An apprenticeship felt like the best way to build practical skills while earning, without the worry of taking on university debt.

What was the application process like for CCEP’s programme?

The application process was engaging and well-structured. It began with gamification assessments, followed by an uploaded video interview. After that, I took part in an assessment centre with group tasks and interviews

When did you join the programme and how has your experience been?

I joined the programme in 2023, and my experience has been great so far. I’ve learned so much both technically and personally and met a lot of new people who’ve helped me grow. 

What is your favourite part of working at CCEP?

My favourite part is definitely the people and the experiences you get involved in. Everyone is supportive, and there’s always something new happening, which makes the environment motivating and enjoyable.
