What made you decide that you wanted to pursue an apprenticeship scheme?-
Personally, I have never been interested in the 'traditional' university route. Since young I have always enjoyed being busy, and I have always preferred hands on learning. That is why I consistently tried to gain an opportunity, like a degree apprenticeship, during my time in college.
What was the application process like for CCEP’s programme?
I first applied online, then I took part in a virtual call interview/conversation and then I was invited to a full assessment day.
When did you join the programme and how has your experience been?
I joined the programme in September 2023, and it is crazy how fast time has flown. My experience has been very valuable, and highly rewarding. I have gained an abundance of knowledge, not only about the business and within supply chain operations but about developing myself in the best possible way. This whole experience has allowed me to grow professionally, and more importantly, personally.
What is your favourite part of working at CCEP?
My favourite part about working for CCEP is the global reach the business holds- it is a feeling of accomplishment when working for a business that is of such a scale and is continually progressing. The people are also an important factor. Being able to meet, and connect with people of so many different ages, and backgrounds, allows me to gain so much further knowledge and gain valuable relationships.
